Containerised lube facilities & filtration

At SA OIL SOLUTIONS PTY LTD we design and manufacture Mobile Lube Facilities. These systems are tailor made to each client's needs and are kitted out inside 6m / 12m shipping containers.

These are ideal for mining sites where permanent structures for workshops are not yet in place, but where contamination control and usage consumption control is still of great importance, or where mining activities move to new areas on a regular basis. These mobile units can be moved around with great ease by means of forklifts or other handling equipment.

Additional to lube system and equipment installation we also specialise in depth filtration & lubrication systems, both mobile as well as fixed systems, which are implemented on bulk tanks in order to keep contamination to a minimum by implementing best practices from a tribology point of view. These systems can be implemented on both oil and fuel systems.

Onboard higher efficiency equipment filtration systems can be installed directly on OEM yellow equipment as a bypass filtration system for continuous contamination control while equipment is in operation.
