This website is operated by SA Oil Solutions (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”), 13 Innes Road, Unit 5, Freight City, Jet Park, 2188. We respect your privacy and process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

We only collect the personal information you choose to give us through our enquiry form, email or telephone — typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that counts page visits without cookies and without identifying or following individual visitors. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may also process technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and available. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps and only loads if you allow it; see our cookie policy.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide quotations, product information and data sheets, and to supply products and services you request. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

Enquiries submitted through our website are delivered to us by email using Resend, a transactional email service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and request that it be corrected or deleted. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
